This agreement establishes the terms for recurring lawn maintenance services provided by Live Oasis Realty Maintenance, LLC within the Liberty Pointe community in Villa Rica, Georgia.
This promotional program was created to provide homeowners in Liberty Pointe with consistent, professional lawn care at a reduced rate in exchange for route density and scheduled service efficiency within the neighborhood.
Promotional Community Pricing
Liberty Pointe Community Rate
$50 per visit — Bi-Weekly Recurring Service
This promotional pricing applies to properties located within the Liberty Pointe community regardless of individual lawn size.
The goal of this program is to maintain route density so that all properties can be serviced efficiently on a consistent neighborhood schedule.
Because multiple homes are serviced within the same area, the operational savings from reduced travel and setup time are passed on directly to participating homeowners.
Service Scope
Each visit includes full lawn maintenance of routinely maintained areas.
Included services:
• Lawn mowing of turf areas
• Trimming / weed-eating around structures, fences, beds, and edges
• Edging of driveway and sidewalk lines where applicable
• Blowing of grass clippings from driveways, sidewalks, patios, and curb lines
• Routine trimming and shaping of front yard shrubs where present
Backyard shrub trimming is not included under this promotional program unless specifically requested and quoted separately.
Service Schedule
Service is provided on a bi-weekly recurring basis during the active mowing season.
Live Oasis Realty Maintenance operates on a fixed neighborhood route schedule.
All Liberty Pointe properties will be serviced on the same scheduled service day once routes are finalized.
Service days may shift slightly due to weather, equipment maintenance, or operational adjustments.
Clients will be notified once the Liberty Pointe service day has been officially assigned.
Projected start window:
Week of March 16 (subject to weather and route finalization)
Property Conditions
This program is intended for properties that are routinely maintained.
The following conditions are not included in the $50 promotional rate:
• Overgrown or neglected lawns requiring restoration
• First-cut cleanups for properties that have not been maintained
• Leaf removal or debris hauling
• Landscaping installations or modifications
• Fertilization or lawn chemical treatments
• Tree trimming or removal
• Heavy vegetation clearing
If a property requires additional work outside the scope of this program, a separate quote may be provided before service begins.
Skipped Services
Because this program is built on route density and scheduled efficiency, clients must provide at least 48 hours notice if they wish to skip a scheduled visit.
If a visit is skipped and the lawn becomes excessively overgrown, additional charges may apply to restore the lawn to a maintainable condition.
Access Requirements
Clients must ensure the property is accessible on the scheduled service day.
Please ensure:
• Gates are unlocked
• Pets are secured
• Yard is free of obstacles, toys, or debris
Live Oasis Realty Maintenance is not responsible for damage to items left in mowing areas.
Weather Delays
Service may be delayed due to rain, unsafe ground conditions, or severe weather.
When weather delays occur, services will be rescheduled to the next available operational window.
Service Activation
Service is not activated until this agreement is submitted and confirmed.
Once submitted, your property will be added to the Liberty Pointe service route and scheduled accordingly.
