Our recurring lawn maintenance program is built for Georgia’s active turf season and is designed to keep properties under control without confusion about what is or is not included.

Recurring Lawn Maintenance
Tier 1 — Standard Maintenance
Positioning: Turf control only.
Best For:
Homes without shrubs
Clients who manage bushes separately
Cost-controlled recurring service
Included:
Lawn mowing of routinely maintained turf areas
Trimming / weed-eating around edges, beds, fences, and structures
Edging where applicable

Tier 2 — Full Maintenance

HOA-sensitive or rental properties

Routine trimming and shaping of existing bushes and shrubs
Proactive shrub maintenance during recurring visits
Shrub-Only Service

Clients who only need individual shrubs shaped
Add-on or stand-alone shrub work as requested

Trimming and shaping of individual shrubs
Service limited to shrub maintenance only
Cleanup & Restoration Services
Some properties fall outside normal maintenance thresholds. When that happens, the work may be classified as cleanup or restoration rather than recurring maintenance.
Examples may include:
Heavy overgrowth knockdown
First-cut seasonal reset
Edge redefinition
Debris removal
Multi-pass cutting
Corrective work is priced separately from maintenance tiers.
