How Our Recurring Service Works

We operate on a seasonal agreement framework governed by documented scope, defined service tiers, and fixed routing.

  • Service Season: March–October (growth-based; weather governed)

  • Frequencies: Weekly or Bi-Weekly

  • Scheduling: Fixed route days; same-day service not guaranteed

  • Authorization: Service begins only after agreement execution

Service Tiers (Choose Your Operating Level)

Tier 1 — Standard Maintenance (Turf Control)
Designed for properties requiring consistent grass management without shrub care.

  • Mowing of maintained turf

  • Trimming / weed-eating

  • Edging where applicable

  • Blowing of hard surfaces

Tier 2 — Full Maintenance (Curb Appeal Management)
Hands-off option combining turf and shrub care for a consistently polished appearance.

  • All Tier 1 services

  • Routine trimming and shaping of existing shrubs (each visit)

Shrub-Only (As Needed)
Targeted trimming for individual shrubs when requested.

What’s Not Included

To maintain operational integrity, the following are excluded from recurring maintenance:

  • First-cut or neglected property cleanups

  • Heavy overgrowth or restoration work

  • Seasonal cleanups and debris hauling

  • Landscaping installs, fertilization, chemicals, or tree work

  • Gutter repair or replacement

Pricing & Verification

  • All pricing is range-based prior to verification

  • Final pricing is confirmed after walkthrough or approved review

  • Legacy pricing does not automatically carry forward

  • Monthly totals vary by number of completed visits

Agreements & Scheduling

  • Seasonal agreements do not auto-renew

  • A new agreement is required each service year

  • Scheduling is locked only after agreement execution

  • Availability is limited once routes are finalized
